1. Delivery Coverage
We deliver within Malaysia.
International shipping may be available upon request (email us to check).
If your parcel arrives damaged, incomplete, or is lost:
• Contact us within 48 hours
• Provide photos/videos and order details
We will assist with claims and replacements.
2. Processing Time
• Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day
3. Delivery Duration
Estimated delivery:
• Sarawak: 3 to 5 working days
• Sabah: 5 to 7 working days
• West Malaysia: 5 to 7 working days
