At Duoffe, we take great care in ensuring product quality and freshness. As coffee is a perishable food item, we have the following policies:
1. Non-Returnable Items
• Coffee beans
• Drip bag coffee
• Any opened or used consumable products
• Items damaged due to improper storage by the customer
2. Returnable / Refundable (Under Special Conditions)
We accept returns or refunds only if:
• The wrong item was delivered
• The product arrived damaged, spoiled, or defective
• The product is severely inconsistent with the description
3. Conditions for Approval
• Request must be made within 3 days of receiving the item
• Product must be unused and in original packaging (unless damaged during delivery)
• Clear photo or video evidence must be provided
4. Refund Method
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method or store credit
Refund processing time: 7 working days
5. Non-Refundable Situations
• Change of mind
• Personal taste preference
• Items purchased at promotional or clearance prices
