From Green Bean to Finished Cup

At Duoffe, every batch of specialty Arabica beans is roasted in-house. We focus on: • Single origin Arabica • Specialty grade beans • Medium roast profiles that preserve aroma and layers • Clean sweetness instead of heavy bitterness We do not believe in roasting dark to hide defects. We roast to reveal character.

A Private Coffee Experience

The studio is open by appointment for private tasting sessions. Here, you can: • Taste hand pour coffee slowly • Experience espresso dialed carefully • Understand roast profiles and processing methods • Learn how altitude and origin affect flavour • Choose beans that truly suit your preference It is not about rushing through a cup. It is about understanding what you are drinking.

Espresso Bar — Crafted, Not Mass Produced

Within the studio, we also operate a small espresso bar. Using the Lelit Bianca V3 and specialty single origin Arabica beans, each espresso, latte or cappuccino is prepared with precision. This is not a takeaway counter. It is part of the experience.
